Your tasks

  • Strategic Expansion and Leadership. You are responsible for building and expanding our direct customer business as well as your team.

  • Vision and Management. You design the future strategy, set clear goals, and steer your team's sales success through your role model function and defined KPIs.

  • First Point of Contact. In this central leadership position, you are the interface for business development, your team, leads from the specialist departments, and you report directly to the management.

  • Market Analysis and Presence. You identify target customers, professional trends, and potentials and increase the visibility of the department both internally and externally, for example through active networking on LinkedIn.

  • Competence and Conviction. You convince potential customers in professional conversations and successfully position projects to build long-term, sustainable business relationships.

  • Resource Management. If necessary, you review and coordinate internal resources or acquire external partners (e.g., freelancers) to ensure successful project staffing.

  • Proposal Management and Coordination:. You are responsible for creating proposals for tenders and project requests of all kinds and act as the central interface to subject matter experts and departments.

  • Company Representation. As a representative of NELTA, you engage in significant business networks (such as the Hanse Club and NUMOV) or with international partners to maintain existing relationships and establish new business contacts.

  • Organizational Precision. You are competent in resource planning and project management, including the ability to collaborate effectively with external partners.

  • Project Expertise. You have experience in leading tender processes and act as a precise interface to departments and experts to manage demanding project requests.

  • Digital Tools. You have solid knowledge in CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and a strong understanding of the importance of accurate data maintenance as the foundation of strategy.

  • Attitude & Agility. You bring the willingness to travel, prefer personal customer contact, and work efficiently and cost-consciously.

  • Team Player. You prefer to work in the office to maintain close, transparent communication with the NELTA team and achieve shared successes.
