Your tasks
Your tasks
Holistic QA Management. You take responsibility for quality assurance in agile and classic methodologies, from the initial review of requirements to test design, test planning, and precise execution.
Intelligent Automation. You are responsible for the automation of tests using various modern tools and frameworks.
Transparency & Reporting. You monitor test progress and deliver transparent reporting of test results to all relevant stakeholders.
Documentation & Presentation. You create seamless test documentation and confidently present the results of your work.
Expert Consulting. You advise our clients in a partnership about suitable quality assurance measures to minimize risks early.
Data Precision: You define and generate test data as "ammunition" for your tests to ensure realistic results.
Travel Activity as a Partner. You support our customer projects on-site in Germany, assist in the conception and implementation of sustainable IT solutions, and are thus an integral part of our partnership approach.

Your qualification
Your qualification
Solid Foundation. You have a completed degree in computer science or a training program with IT relevance.
Relevant Practice. Alternatively, you have relevant professional experience in the IT environment, e.g., as a business informatics specialist, IT employee, IT consultant, Quality Assurance Engineer, IT Quality Engineer, application developer, software developer, or software engineer.
Certified Expertise. You possess the ISTQB Advanced Level – Test Manager certification. Additionally, an IREB certification is nice to have.
Project Experience: You bring at least 4 years of project experience.
Automation Skills. You master at least 3 different test automation tools/frameworks.
Tool Sovereignty. You are an expert in handling HP ALM & JIRA.
Technology Mastery. You master Selenium, SOAPUI & Postman as well as SQL.
Methodological Flexibility. You have experience in both agile and traditional projects.
Strategic Foresight. You have experience in defining test strategies (e.g., risk-based testing, test-driven development).
Future Orientation. You have knowledge in cloud solutions, databases, development technologies, continuous integration and testing, as well as SCRUM.
Holistic View. You have insights into the topics of requirements analysis, solution design, and object orientation.
Language Proficiency. Very good German and English skills are a matter of course for you.
