Your tasks

Strategy & Concept. Implementing customized testing strategies, setting up testing concepts, and creating precise test plans in agile IT projects.
Collaborative Stakeholder Management. You manage stakeholder engagement with program management, product owners, the executing teams, internal interfaces, and digital technology for smooth joint development activities.
Coordination & Monitoring. You assist in coordinating testing tasks and oversee testing activities across all testing phases, including system, integration, and acceptance testing.
Functional Precision. You take on the review and adjustment of functional test cases and manually conduct GUI and interface testing.
Transparency & Reporting. You create reports and management presentations in close collaboration with business contacts, based on clear requirements.
Quality Assurance. You evaluate bugs, prioritize their resolution, and consistently track the rectification of defects.
Documentation. You document all relevant decisions, particularly regarding test runtime environments and test architecture.
Consultancy. You actively advise front-end and back-end development on matters of comprehensive quality assurance.
Tech Stack. Depending on the project, you currently use technologies such as Tosca, XRay, Ranorex, Postman, SilkCentral Testmanager, and HPALM.

Experience. You generally bring practical experience, ideally at least 3 years in the QA field.
Expertise. You possess in-depth knowledge of the methods, procedures, and tools of testing and examinations.
Certification (ideal). Ideally, you already have an ISTQB certification (such as ISTQB Certified Tester, ISTQB Technical Test Analyst, Certified Agile Tester, or Advanced Level Test Management).
Collaborative attitude. You have experience dealing with customer projects and demonstrate a strong communicative presence.
Nationwide mobility. You bring a general willingness to travel to maintain personal contact with our customers, while keeping the efficiency of flexible working models in mind.
Uncompromising quality. You are characterized by a high level of quality standards, pronounced communication skills, and assertiveness.
Language skills. Very good German and at least good English skills complete your profile.
